All I want for Christmas is…Makeup

We’re on the home stretch, just one more week until Santa comes. As a grown woman, Santa can take many forms, your parents, siblings, partners, that aunt that always likes to spoil you at Christmas. You may think you’ve outgrown Santa lists but sometimes the big man needs some specifics. Otherwise, you could end up with a Sanctuary set from Boots instead of that limited-edition Laura Mercier Body Soufflé trio you’ve kept in your Space NK wish list since November 1st.

I’ve had my fair share of DMs and Whatsapps from family and friends asking for some inspo to send over to their own Santas so they get exactly what they want this year. Honestly, it’s exhausting so I’m popping everything here in a tidy blog post so you can ping this over to the Saint Nic.

One of the best things about Christmas is the humble gift set. So many companies offer sets with added extras, for the same price as the individual product so you’re getting a bargain plus, they look prettyyyy. This is my best pick of Christmas sets so enjoy.

It’s the season of bold lips and glosses and naturally everyone wants something fun for the festive period. Here’s some fab lip sets that might contain a colour you wouldn’t usually go for, a great way to be brave this Christmas.

Jouer Jet Set Lip Kit – £14

Contains a full size lip liner and mini liquid lipstick and lip gloss. I live for these sets, I got a similar one from Huda Beauty which I adore. Plus for this price you can’t go wrong.

NYX Sugar Trip Lippie Vault – £45.50

This is a lipstick junkies idea of heaven. 36 mini matte formula liquid lips with accompanying lipliner. Some curve ball colours in here so this is definitely for a bolder chick.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Holiday Mini Lip Gloss Set – £18.20

These glosses are like glass, perfect for an added sparkle over Christmas!

Everyone likes to be adventurous over Christmas and what better way than to play with your brand new toy on Christmas morning…

Laura Mercier Nights Out Eyeshadow Palette – £45

I like the spectrum of colours in this from pinks to golds to blues. Means you can be a little bit daring with your eye makeup.

Laura Eyes

Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics Palette – £39.50

I adore this palette, I actually got this as a Christmas gift last year. All matte shades, it’s perfect for those days when you just wanna keep it basic.

bPerfect LMD Master Palette – £24.99

Guilty – this is on my own Santa list and I really hope he comes through. This is such a versatile product and with the added sculpt and highlight it’s a steal at under £25. A must-have.

Lancôme Hypnose Classic Mascara Miniature Collection – £18.75

I’m a real advocate of drug store mascaras, but I’ll admit, I’m always secretly delighted if I find a high-end mascara in my stocking. Come on it’s Christmas, you can be decadent. This set includes the full size Hynose Classic mascara along with 3 minis but Lancôme do all their top selling mascaras in gift form. Well worth buying as you’ll get a few minis thrown in for the price of the mascara alone.

It’s the season of sparkle and glamour so a killer highlight is a must…

Becca Golden Glow Trio – £24.50

This set is fab, let’s you try all the Becca best sellers and they’re gorge.

NYX Strobe of Genius Illuminating Palette – £8

This is my all-time favourite palette because the highlights are blindinggg anddd it’s so cheap. Win win.

Jeffree Star Cosmetics Liquid Highlighter – £23

If you’re more of a liquid kinda gal the Jeffree Star is insane and it will for sure last you to next Christmas, a little goes a long way.

Clinique 3 Step Intro Kit – £20

This is a firm favourite of mine especially for buying other people. It contains a cleanser, moisturiser and liquid exfoliant, it’s good if you wanna try before you commit to full size. They do sets for all different skin types and they last you forever.

Pixi Fast Flash Facial – £20

Great little set for both yourself and other people. It’s a must for over the Christmas period when all the prosecco from the night before and central heating is making your skin a lil lack lustre. Contains a mini cleaner, glow tonic and mask. Winter skincare saviour.

Mario Badescu Day to Night Kit – £36

The Mario Basescu sets are fab, lots of products for a great price and their products are amazing. This set contains 2 moisturisers and 2 serums, one for day and night. Each are meant to brighten the skin for a healthy glow.

We all dreaded the bath set epidemic that plagued school presents amongst friends but as an adult, you appreciate a good body set. Nowadays we spend no more than £3 on a humble Nivea instead of ten times the price on that heavenly smelling body butter from Anthropologie. Queue the adult bath set.

Laura Mercier Luxe Indulgences Almond Coconut Milk Body Collection – £58

OK so I know this is extravagant but look at itttt. Is it bad that I want it solely for that little honey stick thing? Contains a bath milk, body soufle, mist and wash which all smell dreamy.

& Other Stores Hand Care Kit – £17

I love a nice hand wash/lotion combo sitting on my sink. Really makes me feel like I have my life together. Much like wearing matching underwear. We got this.

Rituals Happy Buddha Set – £20.50

Rituals is hands down my favourite body care brand, their scents are insane and the products are so luxurious. I got this as a gift a couple of years ago and loved it. One of my favourite scents, it contains a foaming shower gel, body scrub, moisturiser and mist. All in pretty, happy packaging.

These are just of a few of the gifts I wouldn’t mind sitting under my tree this Christmas. Hope Santa brings you everything you’ve wished for and more my lovelies.

Ho ho ho hunnies,
